Interview with Adrian Hernandez
First off, tell me a little about yourself…where you’re from and the basics…and then answer some questions.
Alright, well I’m Adrian Hernandez and love carne asada burritos. =]
How old are you, what’s your favorite ice cream, how many sk8 videos do you own?
I’m only 16 years old, believe it or not..ha a lot of people when they don’t know me think I’m older. Lets just say it’s because I’m Mexican…haha. Hmmm…ice cream? I like to get a bowl, cut a banana into little pieces, and mix it with vanilla/strawberry. It’s like a ghetto banana split. Technically I own about 12 skate videos but only have like 3 online.
Who do you ride for?
I’m very proud to say I ride for Spun Skateboards. Chris Alsop, owner of Spun, is a lot of help and a very nice guy. Very busy, but seems to really take care of me in my skateboarding. Thanks Chris. =]
What videos can we see you in?
Go to YouTube, search for Adrian Hernandez.
What music do you listen to while you ride?
To be honest, I listen to everything. I listen to a lot of techno when i skate, if it’s rock it’s gonna be Bullet for my Valentine or Metallica. Iron Maiden is always good to listen to, I even bump to my (Corridos) Spanish music… =]
What do you prefer to skate, parks or street?
Always parks. I like to skate a lot of tranny, if I do go skating street it’s gonna be gaps and banks…
What’s your favorite thing about skating tranny?
I love to fly!!! haha
What’s your favorite park to ride?
D-West..it’s where it all started for me. Started skating at age 10.
What do you do in your free time other than skate, any hobbies?
I eat, eat, eat, play some Call of Duty, eat some more…
Do you have any tricks you have not gotten around to learning yet or still trying?
I’m trying to learn a Back Kickflip Indy 360
What’s the average day like for you?
Wake up, be lazy, eat, clean, chill, take a shower, go skate, come home, shower, watch some movies, or lay 360 then go to sleep at 3 in the morning.
What skaters did you look up to when you first started skating?
I didn’t, I never liked watching skate videos and stuff…I just knew all of the basics, but Bob Burnquist has always been my hero. =]

Hahaha that’s what’s up!
He forgot to say about Guaymas!!!
